Harrison "Vidge" Floyd knows about everything happening in Lake Talmadge, Florida thanks to his police scanner and CB radio. He even shoots photos of fires and car wrecks for the local paper after hearing about them. But when his radios begin to receive transmissions about things that are too big for him to handle, he finds himself questioning his personal motto: "Knowledge is the ultimate superpower."
