You may have noticed that the automatic tweeting of spotlighted books and the system that automatically follows writers on Twitter (or X as I suppose we're supposed to start calling it now) has stopped working.  X changed what API's were available for free, and heavily restricted the few API endpoints that remained.

In order to get this working again I'd have to spend $100's a month in fees - which is something I can't afford to do at this time. I knew this might be coming for a while, but the API's seemed to still be working. That seems to have changed from aboue a month ago.

Not a great deal I can do about this I'm afraid. I will be looking into other ways to promote books here on the site going forwards.
