Pete Alexander has always been a great fan of dystopia. It was Orwell's 1984 that first drew him to the genre, closely followed by Fahreheit 451 and Brave New World. Obviously these classics have played their part in inspiring him to write The Pod Tower, however, it is very much a reflection of his own perspective regarding society.
